Statement

The Insan Organization for Rights and Freedoms has been closely following the horrific crimes of murder and massacres committed by the Israeli occupation against the Palestinian people. The latest of these crimes was the targeting of the Al-Ahli Hospital, resulting in the death of over 500 victims, according to preliminary statistics from Palestinian health sources.

These crimes will remain a testament to the grave violations committed by the Israeli occupation against international law, humanitarian principles, and the most basic values of humanity and the conventions of war and peace, which criminalize the targeting of civilians and medical facilities.

We, at the Insan Organization for Rights and Freedoms, call upon international and UN organizations to exert pressure on the Israeli entity to immediately cease its policies of collective punishment against the people of the Gaza Strip.

Furthermore, we urge the International Court of Justice to fulfill its role in launching an urgent investigation into the Israeli regime and any individuals proven to be involved in these heinous crimes against civilians and healthcare facilities.
