Fifteen members of the same family, including women and children, were martyred, and dozens were injured early Saturday morning in an Israeli airstrike that targeted a "barracks" where the family had taken refuge in central Gaza.
Palestinian sources reported that the entire "Ajala" family was erased from the civil records after their martyrdom due to the Israeli targeting of the barracks in Al-Zawayda town in central Gaza.
In continuation of these crimes, Israeli warplanes resumed airstrikes on the Hamad City residential towers in Khan Yunis, southern Gaza Strip.
