The “Insan Organization for Rights and Freedoms” strongly condemns the Israeli entity’s crime of targeting the Prime Minister of Sana’a’s government along with several ministers, who were martyred following an aggressive attack during a regular meeting in the capital, Sana’a, on Thursday, August 28, 2025.

The Israeli occupation’s disregard for international laws and norms has crossed every red line, especially under the umbrella of unlimited American support, making these actions a blatant violation of all international standards.

The organization affirms that targeting civilian state leaders or ministers who are not engaged in combat constitutes a war crime under the Geneva Conventions and their Additional Protocols, as well as the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court—requiring the immediate accountability of the perpetrators.

The organization further warns that the Israeli entity’s continued perpetration of crimes across the region, amid the silence of the international community, could trigger a regional explosion whose consequences will be far costlier than obliging the international community to stop Israel’s violations and crimes.

We stress the grave danger of the ongoing international silence, which has reached the point of complicity, and call on the international community to listen to the voices of the peoples harmed by Israel’s bullying and to hold perpetrators accountable for crimes in Yemen and Gaza without delay.

The Insan Organization also calls upon all human rights, legal, and media institutions to document these crimes and pursue their perpetrators to ensure justice and deterrence.
